It was reported that the property seller’s design of the extension of the water line to our property has been approved by the county; a contractor has been hired to start the blasting of rock formations as part of the initial efforts; It was noted that some of the streets for the proposed housing development will be completed as part of the water line efforts; access to our property will be part of this effort
It was reported that the sewer line extension which was to be part of the Route 608 project has been released for bidding by Augusta County; the VDOT project is still expected to be completed July 2015; the sewer line extension is not expected to impact Route 608 project
A meeting with John Kieschnick, a representative with Capital Funding Services, is tentatively scheduled for 6:30 PM, Tuesday, 14 April, 2015; the meeting will provide an overview of the services available through the LCEF Capital Funding campaign
“Building God’s Way” will be contacted to request a presentation concerning the BGW Capital Funding Campaign program
